What we do:

Through our 4 service divisions we provide retail specialty services to residential and commercial clients; emergency water, fire and smoke restoration to a wide variety of clients local and regional, we provide complete repair and reconstruction services as well as environmental and hurricane and national response to catastrophic events.

We provide highly sought after specialty cleaning and property restoration services to a wide range of customers who have come to respect the ServiceMaster of Greater Pittsburgh brand. We are a leading franchisee in the ServiceMaster network that has allowed us to service customers nationwide.

We provide emergency property restoration and reconstruction services to residential, commercial, and institutional clients in the western Pennsylvania area and beyond.  Our service teams operate in a similar manner to a hospital emergency room in providing a wide variety of services to damaged or injured property in an emergency.  Our customers are leading insurance companies, property management companies as well as local hospitals, colleges and venues. Our staff provides expert guidance to those who experience unplanned and unexpected property damage. We provide expert drying of buildings after flooding and water damage, detailed cleaning, sanitizing and deodorization after fire and smoke damage as well as comprehensive repair and reconstruction services. We are "The Best Call to Make in the Worst Situation”!

General Description of Job Duties:

  • Working supervisory position responsible for full charge execution of drying strategies for buildings damaged by water from various sources.
  • Will lead a team to carefully remove damaged building materials and install advanced drying equipment to dry the buildings. 
  • Follow IICRC guidelines in addition to company processes to help homes and businesses to recover from water damage events
  • Use advanced technology to document conditions on job sites to verify the completeness of the project
  • Make independent decisions regarding adjustments to the drying plans, selective demolition activities and team member assignments
  • Communicate and co ordinate with all stake holders on the project including property owners, insurance representatives and company file managers
  • Manage the customer experience throughout the duration of the project with the goal to provide customer experiences that result in positive reviews for you and your team
  • Be capable of working on residential and light commercial water projects as leader or part of a team or independently as situation requires.
  • Participate in company 24 hour on call program for 1 week out of 4 along with other members of your on-call team.
  • Be a constant learner using company learning and career development programs to enhance your performance and skill set.

Skills and Requirements

  • Current IICRC WRT and ASD certifications
  • Insurable Pennsylvania Driver’s License
  • 3-5 years related work experience.
  • Understanding of building and construction assemblies
  • Willing to lead and be accountable for assigned projects results.
  • Ability to use smart phone aps for job related duties and functions.
  • Able to use technology including digital cameras, email, text messages and use industry job management software 
  • Experience with industry software including MICA.
Preferred Skills 

  • Restoration management and supervision experience
  • Experience with industry software programs including Dash, Xactamate and Symbility 
  • AMRT and Mold Remediation certifications
  • Restoration sales and estimating experience.
  • Experience leading teams on large projects.
  • Willingness to travel out of town for Regional and National Cat work.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75-100lbs.
  • Ability to stoop, crawl and stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work in a variety of climate and environmental conditions.
  • Willingness and ability to wear and use required PPE during work shifts
  • Willingness to work extended shifts and on call after hours shifts when part of the 24 hour on-call program
  • Ability to climb step ladder to work at 10 ft or extension ladder to 24 ft
  • Ability to work with power tools and other specialty equipment of the industry.
Compensation: $54,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
